How long does a website take?
Most sites go live in 2-8 weeks of our first call, depending on the plan — roughly 2-3 weeks for a simple site and 5-8 for a fully bespoke build. Custom web apps take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
How much does it cost?
Websites from £0 upfront plus from £75/month on a 12-month plan, custom web app MVPs from £1,000, app care & maintenance from £199/month (new features quoted separately), SEO quoted individually as an add-on. We scope every project individually and give you a fixed price upfront, no surprise invoices. See our pricing page for full detail.
Who will I be talking to?
You'll be talking to Elliot or Dan, the two founders. No offshore handoffs. The people who quote your project are the people who build it.
Do you work outside Dorset?
Yes. We're based in Poole but work with UK clients across the South Coast and beyond. Most of our process is remote-friendly. Local clients get the option of in-person meetings.
Do I need to provide content?
We'll guide you through exactly what we need. For most sites you'll supply the key information about your business and any existing photos, we handle the copywriting and layout. Professional photography can be arranged if needed.
What happens after launch?
Your plan simply continues — the monthly fee covers hosting, updates, monitoring, support and ongoing improvements. Website plans run on a 12-month minimum term, then roll month-to-month with 30 days' notice, so you're never tied in long-term.
