Terms & Conditions
- Referral fees are paid by UK bank transfer only.
- The fee is paid in two halves: £50 after the referred client's first monthly retainer payment, and £50 after their third.
- If the referred client cancels before their first payment, no fee is payable. If they cancel after it, you keep the first half and the second is not payable.
- Where two people refer the same business, the referred client's stated referrer takes priority.
- Sandbanks Digital reserves the right to decline referrals already in our pipeline.
- Referral fees may be subject to income tax; it is the referrer's sole responsibility to declare any income to HMRC.
- Sandbanks Digital Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this programme at any time.
