Our websites run on a monthly plan with £0 upfront — the fee covers your build, hosting, updates and support. Plans start at £75/month on a 12-month minimum term, then continue month-to-month.

Website plans run on a 12-month minimum term, and it starts the day your site goes live — not the day you sign — so you pay nothing while we build. After the 12 months it rolls on month-to-month and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The minimum term is what lets us offer £0 upfront and keep the monthly fee low, so if you do cancel within that first year the remaining months become payable (we can reduce or waive that at our discretion — talk to us).

Not in your first year — your monthly fee is fixed for the whole 12-month minimum term. After that we can raise it at most once in any 12 months and by no more than 10%, and we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice. If you don't want to accept an increase you can cancel, with no early-cancellation charge.

There's a fair-use allowance of 100 GB of traffic a month, which is far more than a normal business website uses — a typical site uses a small fraction of it. Plans aren't intended for video streaming, large-scale file downloads or archive storage. If you're ever heading over, we'll talk to you first and either move you to a more suitable plan or pass on the extra hosting cost at cost price. One-off spikes, like a viral post or a campaign, are never charged for.

If you buy your own domain and point it at us, it stays in your account and nothing changes. If we register one for you, we hold it in our registrar account and keep it renewed for as long as your plan runs, at no extra cost — and it's still your domain. We'll transfer it to you or any registrar you like whenever you ask, whether or not you're leaving, and we'll never hold it hostage. There's a one-off £25 admin fee for a transfer we carry out, which covers the registrar's cost and the work.

No. Sandbanks Digital is not VAT registered, so every price on this page is the price you pay — there's no VAT to add.

No. Every website plan is £0 upfront — you spread the cost across a predictable monthly fee instead of paying a big lump sum to get started.

We can take over maintenance of any existing site, or rebuild it from scratch, whichever makes more sense for you.

Typically 2-3 weeks for Essentials, 3-5 weeks for Professional, and 5-8 weeks for Premium or bespoke builds. Custom web apps run 4-8 weeks for an MVP, longer for full production builds.

Custom apps are an upfront build plus ongoing care. MVPs start from £1,000 as a fixed-scope build; production apps with billing, multi-tenancy and integrations are quoted from £2,500 after a discovery call. Once live, most clients go on Care & Maintenance from £199/month for hosting, monitoring and support — new features and changes are quoted separately.

Yes — on-site SEO is included in every plan and scales with the tier: Essentials covers the technical and on-page foundations (built to be found on Google and AI search), and Premium adds fully-fledged local SEO with extra location pages and ongoing support managed by us. Off-site work — Google Business Profile management, local citations and review programmes — is a separate add-on rather than being bundled, so you only pay for it if you want it. Standalone local SEO starts from £199/month.

There's no upfront lump sum to split — website plans are £0 upfront and billed monthly. For larger custom app builds we typically work in milestone payments.

Hosting, SSL, security updates, uptime monitoring, priority support — and SEO built in, scaling with your plan (see the tiers above). Extra content, social and ads are available as add-ons.
