Common questions
What does the monthly plan include?
Hosting, SSL, security and dependency updates, uptime monitoring, regular backups, small content updates and priority founder-direct support. It is the everything-handled plan, you should never need to think about the technical side of your website again. Plans start from £49/month on our current limited offer (normally £99/month).
Do I have to take a care plan?
For sites we build and host, a monthly plan is how we keep them running, secure and supported, so it is part of the package. We think that is the honest model: a website is software, and software needs maintenance. What we do not do is leave you with an unmaintained site that quietly breaks six months later.
Can you maintain a website you didn't build?
Sometimes, it depends on how the existing site is built. We can usually take on and host clean, modern sites. For older WordPress or page-builder sites that are slow or fragile, we will be honest: it is often better value to rebuild on a fast, maintainable foundation than to keep patching something that will keep causing problems. We will tell you straight which makes sense for you.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
Most requests get a reply the same working day, and small content changes are usually live the same day too. For anything urgent, like the site being down, monitoring means we are often already on it. You are messaging the founders directly, not logging a ticket.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Plans run month-to-month with one month's notice, no long lock-in contracts. The site is yours, your content and domain belong to you, and we will help you transition if you ever need to move on. We would rather keep your business by being worth it than by trapping you in a contract.
Is hosting really included, or billed separately?
Included. There is no separate hosting invoice, no domain markup games and no plugin or platform licences to pay for on top. One predictable monthly figure covers hosting, maintenance and support together.
